Jarrod is co-chair of the Ponzi Litigation team and is a member of McGuireWoods’ Financial Services Litigation group representing clients in complex litigation and class actions. Jarrod focuses his practice on banking and consumer financial services industries while also serving a broader array of clients in complex litigation. Jarrod focuses on representing major financial institutions in Ponzi scheme and financial fraud cases involving some of the largest Ponzi schemes in the country, including internal investigations through litigation brought on behalf of individuals, bankruptcy trustees and receivers seeking to hold banks liable for victim’s losses or seeking to recover fraudulent transfers.

Nellie represents financial industry clients in state and federal courts around the country, in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has significant experience representing major financial institutions in matters involving exposure relating to the operation of Ponzi schemes, affiliated mutual fund investments, derivatives, mortgage lending and servicing, issues with auto finance, securities lending programs and investment losses, and consumer class actions.
